Can you see Constellation of Perseus and the Big Dipper (plough) in this poster?

no big dipper. it looks like it was taken through a telescope, and i don't see any constellations because it is zoomed in too far so the double cluster is more visible. You wouldn't be able to get that good of a photo of the double cluster without zooming. by the way, if you get a good star chart and some binoculars you can see this particular cluster very well. that might be a nice addition to this poster if you are giving as a gift.
