Severe fear of dying in my sleep? Help?

That's good to hear that you are getting help for your Social Anxiety and believe it or not your not the only one that thinks about things like this. If this is really affecting your day to day lifestyle I would consider talking to someone about it, or even getting the tests done to ure yourself that there is nothing wrong! If you cannot get those certain tests done just go in for a regular check up. You are normal! Your mind is way more powerful than you think! stop worrying! =) I worry about things all of the time..just try to clear your mind and relax it truly does help!
