I am saving this question as i gave up smoking in 2002 with the help of a program called Smokenders and pleased to say i have no desire to smoke ever again. They gave us a strip of quotations regarding what cigs do to your body and affirmations etc they are brilliant , i have searched the house and can't find it but will keep looking so renew your question when it is due to run out. cross fingers . One of the tasks we had to do was work out how much we spent on smoking from the start , i could have bought a $300.000.00 home it was a real eye opener that was worked out on a person smoking 40 a day, ME hope this helps another quote ..
