I cant comment on universal only Disney. I have studied the rides and attractions and since I am a regular at WDW and DL I know which lines move faster. Use fastp for the most popular rides and while waiting for your fastp time ride the rides with shorter wait times. A lot of the lines can be decieving, they are long but move fast, knowing what moves fast is helpful. Also, get to the parks at opening, and ride during parades and fireworks.
