Can a Nightclub refuse to let off duty LE carry guns inside? (Calif)?

It's going to be very tough for you to convince a cop to give up his gun no matter where he goes. If you can find no legal recourse, find one of his sergeants. I can almost guarantee being armed while drinking is a violation of their general orders.
