Creating a free chat room....?

me and some friends are putting together a website...we found the forum set up we want...and are thinking of using tripod for the website itself....now all we need is a free or very inexpensive chat to attach to it for people to chat in...ive seen a few...i know brave net has free chat...as does tiny...any others out there?
