How much is the landing speed of a330-300? Boeing 767-300ER? (Flight Simulator X)?

because even when im on the glide scope, i usually land before the touchdown zone or worse, i land short of the runway because of slow speed, i land between 160-170kt. the airplane just falls down to the ground.. :((
