What are Snails Favorite Plants?

I have a snail tank and I was going to add some live plants to it. I wanted to add a carpet type plant to sort of camo the poo (java moss). But, I also want easy plants that do not require special lights or additives. and they have to be apple snail (pomacea bridgesii) safe! any suggestions? pictures? links?
